My book is the personal experience my family faced when trying to get adequate appropriate healthcare for our son. His doctors refused to listen to our son´s school and make a requested orthopedic referral. When they were presented with the abnormal x-rays and the letter from his school´s scoliosis screening orthopedic physician (this was over 3 months after this school´s doctor informed them of abnormal findings) instead of doing as requested by the school they filed a munchausen by proxy accusation against me. Being in the medical field I was shocked by such behavior, inefficiency and deception on the part of these doctors. Instead of doing what was right and admitting they made a mistake they turned their mistake against me and filed an accusation (as it was false,) that I was a munchausen by proxy care giver. By their filing this accusation it immediately and forever protected them at that point from any malpractice suit that could be filed based on any possible negligence on their part. This book is a must for anyone with children, because this can happen to anyone. You can not only lose your child, but your home, your savings, your peace of mind and ruin your reputation. I have tried to give you information in my book to help protect you should you find yourselves in a similar situation. By the way my son had an undiagnosed congenital conditon which is a condition he was born with and it was not diagnosed for 15 years, despite my efforts. This is all in my book. My book is a must for all of those with children.
