Very good condition.

There is nothing wrong with this tree. It has been very well looked after. Retails for much more. Save yourself some $$$. We've just decided to go for a different style of tree.

Artificial green tree.

Branches hinged for easy assembly. Branches can be manipulated to make tree look more lifelike. The photo is just a quick put together for the ad. It looks pretty real when its done properly.

2-piece assembly: feet into base section; top inserts into base. DONE. Ready to decorate. Its that easy!

Flame retardant.

Strong plastic base.

Leaves made from durable PVC.

Sturdy, but easily movable.
