Negativity brought on by stress and trauma is hard on the nerves. Many people cannot understand how others (who may be close to them) appear to be unstable. For most of the time there is a fine line between negativity that is extreme and brought on by traumatic events and the re-occurring after affects that can be equally devastating. Yet the one thing Aussies are good at is being persistent and not giving up. Even in times of hardship there is an ingrown desire to fight for social justice. For the past 20yrs I've gone from not being able to concentrate to having a Masters Degree and living the dreams I set myself through goals that once appeared impossible. Australia is a lucky country but the possibility of success is one that we all must fight for.
This book is a self-reflective look at the inner-mind and Chaotic symptoms as expressed through bouts of psychosis. It is intended to be a cathartic release through a written medium.
