1 Scope
This standard specifies the basic requirements of fossil power construction project from the unit commissioning to completed acceptance.
This standard is applicable to these constructed, extended and renovated fossil power construction projects with unit capacity of or above 300MW.
The fossil power construction project with unit capacity under 300MW may be implemented by making reference thereto.
