Scope This part of DL/T 848 specifies technical requirements, test method, inspection rule, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of low-capacity portable high voltage DC generator (hereinafter referred to as device). This part is applicable to production, inspection, application and maintenance of small-capacity portable high voltage DC generator. 2.
