第1.0.1条为了统一电力工程制图方法,保证图面质量,提高制图效率,满足设计、施工、生产和科研的要求,制定本标准。
第1.0.2条本标准适用于下列工程制图:
火力发电厂、变电所和输配电线路的新建、扩建工程;
电力系统规划,电力调度自动化、电力系统继电保护和电力系统通信工程;
水力、地热、风力、核能、潮汐、蓄能、太阳能等发电电气工程。
第1.0.3条电力工程制图除应执行本标准外,尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定。
第二章一般规定第一节图纸幅面
第2.1.1条图纸幅面(以下简称图幅)和图框尺寸应符合表2丄1的规定及图2丄1的格式。

第2.1.2条图幅的短边不应加长,长边可加长幅面。A0、A2和A4的加长量应为幅面A0长边1/8的倍数。幅面A1 和A3的加长量应为幅面A0短边1/4的倍数。
第2.1.3条图幅分区时,分区数应是偶数,每个分区段长度不宜小于25mm,但不宜大于75mm。分区竖向应用大写拉丁字母自上而下顺序编号,横向应用阿拉伯字母自左至右顺序编号,并应沿图框线外侧书写(图2.1.3)。分区代号应用与该区域相对应的字母和数字表示, 字母在前,数字在后,如A3 、 C4。

Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1.0.1 This Standard is formulated with a view to unifying electric power engineering Representation s, guarantee the drawing quality, improve drawing efficiency as well as meet the requirements of design, construction, production and scientific research. Article 1.0.2 This Standard is applicable to the following engineering drawings:
The construction and extension engineering for fossil fuel power plant, substation and transmission and distribution line;
Electric power system planning, dispatch automation in electric power, power system relaying protection and electric power system communication engineering; Electrical engineering for power generations such as hydraulic power, terrestrial heat, air force, nuclear energy ,tide energy, storage and solar energy.
Article1.0.3 The electric power engineering drawings shall not only be carried out with those specified in this standard, but shall also be carried out with relevant regulations of current national and professional standards.
